At Kraft Vision, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we manufacture premium stainless steel furniture, PVD-coated products, partitions, doors, and other luxury metal furnishings, most of our products are custom-made according to customer specifications.

Returns

• Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange once production has started.
• Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged during transit or has a verified manufacturing defect.
• Any return request must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
• If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
• No refunds will be issued for custom-made products once production has started.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. After inspection, Kraft Vision will repair, replace the affected part, or provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made furniture
• PVD-coated products
• Room partitions
• Doors
• Decorative metal products
• Products manufactured as per customer-approved drawings, sizes, or finishes
• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Warranty

Kraft Vision offers a 10-Year Warranty on PVD Coating against manufacturing defects, subject to proper usage and maintenance.
